On the Login form, if 'Current tenant' is 'Not selected', click on (Change) and set the correct Tenancy Name. If you are unsure what it is, please ask your Site Manager.

Click here to reset your password. Remember to set the correct Tenant!
Check your spam folder
Sometimes password reset request emails can be mistaken for spam. Check your span folder or ask your IT Department to check your mail server for your email.
